Your ClarityQuest Course Journey — From First Step to Mastery

Every learner follows a deliberate timeline. No shortcuts, no skipped foundations. Here is the path we have refined over years of guiding professionals through genuine transformation.

Week 0

Discovery Call & Readiness Assessment

Before you enrol, we talk. A 25-minute call helps us understand your goals, current skill level, and what success looks like for you. Not everyone is a fit — and that honesty saves time on both sides.

Weeks 1–2

Foundation Immersion

Core frameworks, mental models, and baseline skills. You'll work through structured exercises designed to surface gaps early. Expect to feel challenged — that's the signal it's working.

Weeks 3–5

Applied Practice & Peer Critique

Theory gives way to real projects. You'll build, present, and receive candid feedback from both mentors and peers. This phase separates passive learners from active practitioners.

Weeks 6–8

Specialisation Deep-Dive

Choose your track: Strategy, Applied Methods, or Leadership. Each track narrows focus and increases intensity. Mentor sessions become one-to-one. Output expectations rise sharply.

Weeks 9–10

Capstone & Portfolio Assembly

Your capstone project synthesises everything. You'll present to a panel, receive a written evaluation, and leave with a portfolio piece that demonstrates genuine capability — not just attendance.

Ongoing

Alumni Network & Continued Access

Completion isn't the end. Alumni retain access to updated materials, quarterly workshops, and a private community of practitioners who hold each other to high standards.

Route Comparison — Which Track Fits?

Curriculum Architecture

Each module is sequenced deliberately. We don't offer a buffet — we offer a spine. Here are the five pillars every learner moves through, regardless of track.

01

Foundations of Thinking

Mental models, structured reasoning, and the discipline of clear communication. This pillar underpins everything that follows.

02

Technical Craft

Hands-on skill building in your chosen domain. Exercises are graded, feedback is specific, and repetition is intentional.

03

Collaborative Practice

Peer projects, critique sessions, and group problem-solving. Learning to work with others under pressure is a skill we teach explicitly.

04

Applied Strategy

Moving from execution to decision-making. Case studies, scenario planning, and real-world constraints shape this module.

05

Synthesis & Output

The capstone phase. Everything converges into a deliverable that proves your capability to yourself and to others.

Built for People Who Are Done with Passive Learning

We designed ClarityQuest Course after watching too many talented professionals waste months on courses that promised transformation but delivered only content. Our programmes are structured around doing, not watching. Every week has a deliverable. Every deliverable gets feedback. Every piece of feedback demands a response.

If you want to sit back and consume, this isn't for you. If you want to build something real and have someone hold you to it, we should talk.

Is This Programme Right for You?

You're a strong fit if…

You have a clear reason for learning — a career shift, a skill gap, a project that demands new capability. You're willing to commit consistent weekly hours and accept honest critique. You value structure over freedom.

Likely a match

This may not suit you if…

You prefer self-paced, no-deadline learning. You're looking for a certificate to add to a CV without doing the work. You're uncomfortable with peer feedback or structured accountability.

Worth a conversation first

What we expect from learners

Show up prepared. Complete assignments on time. Give feedback as generously as you receive it. Treat mentors and peers as collaborators, not service providers.

Non-negotiable

What you can expect from us

Thoughtfully designed materials. Mentors who have done the work themselves. Honest assessment of your progress. A community that stays useful long after the programme ends.

Common Questions

Pricing depends on the track and cohort size. We discuss fees during the Discovery Call because we occasionally offer adjusted rates for early-career professionals. We don't publish a price list — it's a conversation, not a checkout.

No. Each cohort starts together and progresses together. This is deliberate — the peer dynamic is a core part of the learning design. We run new cohorts roughly every ten weeks.

Currently, yes. All sessions, materials, and mentoring happen remotely. We've found this works well for working professionals. We occasionally host in-person alumni gatherings in Ireland.

We build in a buffer week at the midpoint. If you need more support, your mentor will work with you on a catch-up plan. We don't let people quietly disappear — we check in.
